Tutoring Resources by Modality
UMD Resources
Physics courses have paid TAs to help with tutoring during office hours. Students should contact their instructor and/or TA for help. Students can also contact the Physics Office of Student and Educational Services for resources.
Society of Physics Students Tutoring
Provides in-person tutoring for Physics Majors to receive both individualized and group physics coursework support. Students with questions about the program can email Aneesh Anandanatarajan at aanandan@terpmail.umd.edu . *free
Women in Engineering (WIE)
All are welcome to take advantage of free tutoring services offered through the WIE Program. In-person tutoring is offered on a walk-in basis on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday in 0110 Easton Hall and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in AJC 1117 (Clark Memorial Conference Room). Virtual tutoring sessions are available by appointment Sunday through Thursday.
